Freshly Made greeting cards

Oh the weather outside is frightful… which makes for a great day to stay in a craft! And a great starting point is a clean and simple sketch that you can dress up or keep simple based on the style you like best! This week’s sketch at Freshly Made Sketches is a timeless one you can use in a variety of ways. It inspired me to make two different creations today!

The majority of my cards lean towards simple so that they are easier to mail. While I don’t mind paying a little extra to send something with texture, I often make cards to donate and don’t want to cause problems or an extra expense for those organizations. A few enamel dots or sequins are fun options that usually mail without issue.
